A |     राज्य ब्यूरो, लखनऊ। पावर कारपोरेशन अध्यक्ष डा. आशीष कुमार गोयल ने गाजियाबाद (प्रथम) के मुख्य अभियंता अशोक कुमार और कानपुर (द्वितीय) के मुख्य अभियंता एएन गुप्ता को स्थानांतरित करते हुए मुख्यालय से संंबद्ध करने का आदेश दिया है। दोनों के खिलाफ यह कार्रवाई बिजली बिल वसूलने में लक्ष्य से पिछड़ने और विद्युत लाइन हानियां बढ़ने पर की गई।,पावर कारपोरेशन के अध्यक्ष गोयल ने मंगलवार को वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से विद्युत वितरण निगमों की समीक्षा के दौरान लापरवाही पाए जाने पर उपरोक्त आदेश दिए।  अध्यक्ष ने निर्देशित किया कि 15 सितंबर से 15 अक्टूबर तक प्रदेश में विद्युत अनुरक्षण माह मनाया जाएगा। इस अवधि में अनुरक्षण से संबंधित सभी आवश्यक कार्य पूरे करा लिए जाएं। ट्रांंसफार्मरों की सुरक्षा और उनकी फेंसिंग के कार्य जरूर कराए जाएं।,मुख्य अभियंताओं ने अध्यक्ष को बताया कि उनके क्षेत्र में कहीं भी स्मार्ट मीटर तेज चलते हुए नहीं पाए गए। लखनऊ, नोएडा, गाजियाबाद, मथुरा, प्रयागराज, कानपुर के अभियंताओं ने बताया कि क्षेत्र में चेक मीटर लगाकर भी स्मार्ट मीटर चेक किए गए लेकिन एक भी स्मार्ट मीटर तेज चलता नहीं पाया गया। अध्यक्ष ने निर्देशित किया कि स्मार्ट मीटर की जांच लगातार की जाए।,अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि टोल फ्री नंबर 1912 पर आने वाली शिकायतों के निस्तारण की जांच में पाया गया है कि अनेकों मामलों में समस्या का समाधान किए बिना शिकायतें निस्तारित की गईं। ऐसा जिन्होंने भी किया है उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। ,उपभोक्ता की उचित संतुष्टि तक शिकायतों का निस्तारण करके ही कार्यवाही बंद की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्मिकों की चरित्र पंजिका (एसीआर) समय से भरी जाएं अन्यथा प्रोन्नति प्रभावित होती है।  बिजनेस प्लान वर्ष 2023-24 के कार्यों से संंबंधित भुगतान सितंबर तक कर दिया जाए। विलंब करने पर जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी। समीक्षा बैठक में पावर कारपोरेशन के प्रबंध निदेशक पंकज कुमार भी उपस्थित थे।。    Pro-Palestinian protests broke out across the Middle East and beyond on Friday after a former Hamas leader called on supporters to join in a "Day of Rage" amid the Israel-Hamas conflict.Large protests have been seen in the capitals of Iraq, where a rally drew tens of thousands of people; Iran; and Yemen, with those gathered holding Palestinian flags. Hungary and Germany have also banned pro-Palestinian demonstrations.Cities across the United States have also heightened security due to the protests."We are deeply disturbed by the message of hate. It is not acceptable," New York City Mayor Eric Adams said Thursday during a briefing on the city's security plans, which include surging additional police resources to schools and houses of worship "to ensure that they are safe."The "Day of Rage" comes nearly a week after Hamas militants launched a brutal, expansive surprise attack on Israel, firing thousands of rockets toward southern Israel and ambushing kibbutzim near the Gaza border. In response, Israel declared war and vowed to destroy Hamas.At least 1,300 people have died and 3,227 others have been injured in Israel following Hamas' attack, Israeli authorities said. In Gaza, at least 1,799 people have been killed and an estimated 7,388 more injured in retaliatory strikes from Israel, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.With a possible ground incursion into Gaza looming, Israel's military early Friday directed the evacuation of northern Gaza -- home to 1.1 million people -- within 24 hours.。
